Drone Filming over Central London with Cory Riverside Energy
Working alongside VisMedia, our London based drone operators were tasked with capturing drone film content for a series of videos that give an unprecedented insight into how Cory Riverside Energy’s operations are undertaken. Interestingly, Cory Riverside Energy’s business model is built around making the most of the vast amount of non-recyclable waste that London produces. The most efficient way possible seems to be turning the waste into a source of power for London’s homes.
The waste is transported from a collection point in Smugglers Way at a facility along the riverside. Rather than adding to London’s congestion problems the waste is transported along the River Thames via barges. These barges are then unloaded at Cory’s incinerator in Belvedere. Once the waste has been burnt and the energy collected the left over material/ash is used as a source of building materials for London’s infrastructure.
